Dinner
For dinner we gather as a group at one table with fellow guests for good food and great conversation- this is one of our favorite times at the cabin. Dinner is served at 7- 7:30pm. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know and we will be glad to handle your requests.Snacks and homemade bread are available all day in the cabin let the staff know if you need anything more substantial in between meals. Can we expect housekeeping daily? The cabin is cleaned and serviced daily. If you need fresh towels (beach towels included) please leave them on the bathroom floor. Do you have guest laundry service? Guest laundry service is available on request. If you let us know in the morning, we will work to complete it that day and return the following morning -not including any items that need special washing methods – while we will handle your items with the utmost of care, unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for items that might be best cleaned by a professional cleaning service – i.e. linens, silk, etc. Sorry but we cannot do dry cleaning nor starch items. If we catch fish – can we have them prepared to eat? Yes - you can except for the blue marlin it is our National fish and the bonefish it is a sport fish (catch and release only), but most other fish you can eat . These fish that are caught will be prepared by the cabin chef or if you want it done a special way you can ask the chef to do it your way or you can do it the way you choose.
